To apply for PM Fuel Relief, send the REG message to 9771 from a SIM registered in the applicant’s name. There is no separate online application form in the current process. Use the SMS format exactly as shown.

Before sending the SMS, keep your active CNIC, plate number, registration date and province code ready. The vehicle record must match the relevant excise record.

The Sindh province code is S. The Punjab province code is P. Use the code for the province or area where the vehicle is registered.
What happens after registration?
After a successful registration response, send TOK to 9771 before going to the petrol pump. The received token is used to verify the vehicle and available quota.
Monthly relief limits
Motorcycles and three-wheelers have a 20-litre monthly limit and up to Rs2,000 relief. Cars up to 800cc have a 30-litre monthly limit and up to Rs3,000 relief.
What if 9771 says the message format is wrong?
Send the REG message again in the exact order shown in the registration guide. Use your CNIC, plate number, province code and registration date in DDMMYYYY format. Do not add extra labels or change the order of the fields.
