Registration is required before the relief can be used. The latest ECC approval also limits the scheme to non-commercial users and one vehicle per user or owner.

Eligible vehicle categories

Motorcycles and three-wheelers

Up to 20 litres per month, with a 5-litre weekly limit. The latest ECC approval specifies non-commercial users and limits the relief to one vehicle per user/owner.

Cars up to 800cc

Up to 30 litres per month, with 10 litres for each 10-day period.

Identity requirements

  • Active NADRA CNIC
  • SIM registered in the applicant's name
  • Correct plate number and registration date
  • Vehicle record verifiable through the relevant provincial excise system

What can cause a registration problem?

A mismatch in the CNIC, SIM ownership, plate number, province code or registration date can stop the verification process. Check the details before sending the REG message.

Relief amount is not the same for every vehicle

The per-litre relief is stated as Rs100, but the monthly maximum depends on the vehicle quota. Read the registration guide before sending your SMS.
