PM Petrol Relief Registration Pakistan 2026

PM Shehbaz announced fuel relief on 14 September 2026 for bikes, rickshaws and cars up to 800cc. Check Rs100 per litre relief, monthly limits and how to apply through 9771 SMS registration. We do not collect CNICs or applications.

Latest official update: 14 September 2026

The ECC has approved the PM Fuel Relief package. The scheme is for non-commercial users. Relief will be available for one vehicle per owner, and the Fuel Pass System will manage the process digitally.

How much petrol relief can you get?

Your monthly relief depends on the eligible vehicle category and its fuel quota.

What you need before registration

Keep your CNIC and vehicle details ready before sending the registration SMS.

Active CNIC

Use a valid NADRA CNIC for the applicant.

SIM in your name

Send the message from a SIM registered in the applicant's name.

Vehicle details

Keep the correct plate number and registration date ready.

Excise verification

The vehicle should match the relevant provincial excise record.

Protect your CNIC. PM Fuel Relief does not collect CNIC numbers, OTPs or registration forms. Use the announced SMS method and verify any later official change before acting.

How to apply for PM Fuel Relief in 3 steps

To apply, use the official SMS registration process. Enter the REG format and province code exactly as shown, then send it to 9771.

Petrol subsidy app or portal?

The current process uses SMS registration through 9771. Do not enter your CNIC on an unofficial app or website.

Use only an officially announced app or portal. If a government app is announced later, we will keep the petrol subsidy app guide separate from the SMS instructions so users do not confuse the two.

Frequently asked questions

The scheme gives eligible motorcycle, rickshaw and up-to-800cc car owners Rs100 per litre relief within their monthly fuel limit.

Motorcycles, three-wheelers and cars up to 800cc are covered, subject to CNIC, SIM, vehicle registration and excise verification.
