Current scheme instructions use the 9771 SMS process: send the REG message first, then send TOK after confirmation. You do not need an unknown third-party app.
Do not install random petrol subsidy apps
Protect your CNIC and OTP. Do not install an app from an ad, WhatsApp message or unknown APK link. Use an app only if it is linked from a verified government source.
What a legitimate official app or portal should show
- Clear government ownership or verified source
- Official privacy and support information
- No demand for unnecessary payment
- Registration steps consistent with the current government notification
