Maryam Nawaz E-Bike Scheme 2026 (CM Punjab Phase 2)

Punjab's Phase 2 e-bike scheme is for regular students who need lower-cost transport to college or university. Applications are open at bikes.punjab.gov.pk until 4 October 2026. Applicants must be at least 18, have Punjab domicile or CNIC, be enrolled at an HEC-recognised public or private degree college or university, and hold a learner permit or motorcycle driving licence.

CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme Phase 2

The Punjab government launched Phase 2 in September 2026. Students can submit applications through the official portal until 4 October 2026. The scheme is specifically built around student mobility, not general public vehicle financing.

Who can apply?

Check these conditions before you create an account.

Punjab domicile or CNIC

Punjab domicile or CNIC is a basic requirement.

Regular student

You must be enrolled in an HEC-recognised public or private degree college or university.

At least 18

You must be 18 years old or above.

Learner or licence

You need a motorcycle learner permit or motorcycle driving licence.

Phase 2 also states that only one student per family can receive an e-bike.

What the student pays

The scheme cuts the initial burden and keeps the monthly payment fixed.

Rs3,028 monthly

This is the announced monthly instalment for selected students.

No down payment

The down payment has been waived for students in Phase 2.

Interest and insurance

The Punjab government says it will bear both costs.

Helmet + safety rod

Both are provided with the e-bike at no extra cost.

Open the portal

Open the official Punjab e-bike portal.

Create your account

Use your CNIC and mobile number and complete the account details.

Add student information

Enter your college or university details and provide the required enrolment information.

Add licence details and submit

Provide your learner permit or motorcycle licence details, review the form and submit before the deadline.

What happens after you apply?

Your application goes through verification. The Punjab government says selected students will also receive two days of e-bike training, and the Chief Minister directed authorities to arrange delivery within six weeks after the application process is completed.

Is this the same as the PM E-Bike Scheme?

No. This is the CM Punjab student scheme. The federal PAVE programme has separate eligibility, subsidy rules and its own portal.
